Starting a claim
Report the injury to your employer and to WorkSafeBC as soon as you can — by phone or through their online form. You will be given a claim number, which is what your reimbursement request will need.
If your claim is still being processed, call us. We can usually still book you in.
How billing works
We are not currently set up to direct bill WorkSafeBC — we are working on this. In the meantime, you pay for your appointment at the time of your visit, and we give you a receipt with everything your claim needs: our clinic information, your therapist's CCHPBC registration number, the date and the amount. You submit that receipt to WorkSafeBC yourself for reimbursement.
What treatment looks like
Work-injury care is documented and goal-oriented: what the injury prevents you from doing, and what has changed since the last visit. Our therapists are comfortable with the reporting side — what the claim needs, when, and from whom.
We coordinate with your physician, physiotherapist and, where relevant, your return-to-work plan.
