Assessment time is included, every visit
Every appointment includes a short assessment — what hurts, what makes it worse, what you need to be able to do — and that time comes out of the length you book, not on top of it. For a new patient, that often means a 60-minute booking is closer to 45 minutes on the table, with the rest spent on assessment at the start and a couple of minutes of home-care advice at the end. Assessments get shorter as we get to know you, but there is always a short one, every time.
Card required to book
When you book your first appointment, Jane will ask for a credit card to secure the booking and help reduce missed appointments and late cancellations. Your card is not charged for your appointment unless that is your preferred payment method — direct billing to your insurer is still available, and remains our preferred way to bill.
Gift certificates
Available at the front desk or by phone in any appointment length. They do not expire.
Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone on the waitlist. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged to the card on file; if something urgent comes up, call us and talk to the front desk.
